Stay was decent, the property is located at the entrance of Thekkady and is majorly connected to the main kumily kottayam Highway. The service was very good and the staffs were cooperative. Food had limited option but taste wise it was good. A little overpriced in terms of cost, but is could be mostly because of a lot of foreigners visiting in to thekkady

First things first location of the property is right beside the jungle with lots of green space. Rooms are kind of okish, we have opted for non ac standard and they have some peculiar stinking smell which is distrubing. Overall stay was pleasent, staff was nice. Dinner buffet was affordable and good with basic taste. Good

i had a pleasant stay, they have issues with reception service, no phone available in the room, they also have issues with providing hot water in the washrooms, it takes more than 10 minutes to drain the cold water first and only then you get the hot water. food was good especially for people from the north

Best Property we have ever stayed. Room was good. Staff behaviour was good, food was good. Overall it was 10/10 experience. Wish we were staying there for 2 more days because the Property has a scenic view as well. Do enjoy ur stay in Avadale if u r visiting Thekkady :)

amazing stay. can blindly trust this place for relaxation . main highlight was the service by Mr Mani he is very helpful with everything . He will quote prices less than the market rates for tourist activities and his service was top notch

We had an excellent experience staying at this property. The room provided was big and clean. All facilities in room were good. Toilets were neat and clean. Staff behaviour was excellent. Dinner provided was very tasty.
